We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. If you sign up, use the Service in good faith, and are not satisfied, email support@cleancoachpro.com within 7 days of your initial payment and we will issue a full refund. No refunds are available after 7 days or for renewals.

Coaching responses are generated by artificial intelligence. While we work hard to provide accurate and helpful guidance, AI can make mistakes. Clean Coach Pro does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any AI-generated response.
Contract templates, pricing recommendations, and hiring guidance are starting points for your business decisions. We recommend reviewing all documents with a qualified professional before use.
You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Service (messages, business information, uploaded files). By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to process and display it as necessary to provide the Service.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any content you upload, and that it does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
All content, tools, prompts, branding, and features of Clean Coach Pro are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our Service without written permission.
Our referral program allows subscribers to earn account credits when they refer new paying members. Referral credits are applied to future billing cycles and have no cash value. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the referral program at any time with 30 days' notice.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to active subscribers at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
