2. What We Collect

• Account information: Your name and email address when you create an account.
• Business profile: Optional details you provide during onboarding (business size, experience level, goals). Used solely to personalize your coaching experience.
• Conversation data: Messages you send to AI coaches and their responses, stored so you can access your history across sessions.
• Usage data: Pages visited, features used, and session activity, collected to improve the platform.
• Payment information: Processed entirely by Stripe. We store only your subscription status and Stripe customer ID. We never see or store your card number.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To operate and deliver the Clean Coach Pro service
• To personalize your AI coaching sessions based on your business profile
• To process payments and manage your subscription
• To send important service emails (subscription receipts, account updates)
• To improve the platform and develop new features
• To respond to support requests

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your data for advertising.

4. AI Conversations and OpenAI

Our AI coaches are powered by OpenAI's API. When you send a message, it is transmitted to OpenAI's servers to generate a response. OpenAI processes this data under their own API data usage policies. By default, OpenAI does not use API data to train their models.

Avoid sharing sensitive personal information (Social Security numbers, bank account numbers, passwords) in coaching conversations.

5. Data Sharing

We share your data only with trusted service providers necessary to operate the platform:

• Stripe — payment processing
• OpenAI — AI conversation processing
• Replit — platform hosting and infrastructure

We may disclose your information if required by law or to protect our legal rights.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data and conversation history for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription and request account deletion, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

8. Cookies

Clean Coach Pro is intended for adults operating or starting a cleaning business. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as our service evolves. We'll notify active subscribers of material changes by email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
